1. Techline has delivered a product incorrectly.
Report this to us within two weeks. We will reimburse all costs and, if desired, still deliver the correct product.

2. You have ordered the wrong product.
Please complete the form on this page. We will then promptly process the request.

Return conditions:
- The item must not be damaged
- The article must not have been assembled
- The packaging must not be damaged or written on.
- Specially ordered products cannot be returned

Reimbursement:
1-2 weeks: 100% refund
3-4 weeks: 75% refund
5-8 weeks : 50% refund
8+ weeks: returns not possible
