Highsider. German quality motorcycle accessories
The German brand Highsider has only been on the market for a few years, but is already a large and well-known brand when it comes to top quality motorcycle accessories. Motorcycles can be restyled or improved with Highsider products.

The practical test
Before the new product is added to the range, the practical test is of course first carried out. Almost all employees are – just like the customers – passionate motorcyclists. That is why there is always a suitable motorcycle at hand to test the operation and quality of the new products under realistic conditions.
Progress instead of standstill
The ability to create modern, photorealistic images from the CAD model helps in later appearance assessment and in the field of marketing. With this software module they also evaluate new surfaces and colors on new products. It was quickly decided to introduce the new HIGHSIDER™ logo and the use of clear chamfers, as shown here in the CONERO handlebar end mirror.
designing, printing and testing Highsider products
First, a visual design of a new part is created in CAD software. The software shows in detail what the product will ultimately look like. Thanks to modern FDM and SLA printers, plastic prototypes are made very quickly. After evaluation, the prototype is produced in the desired material with the modern CNC milling machine. This greatly helps the brand in checking and discovering small design errors. Once approved, the prototype enters the testing procedure. Thanks to the FEA simulation software, mechanically stressed components can be digitally controlled to provide the strongest and safest possible product. Has everything been approved? Only then does the part go into production!
